A must see exhibitor at Bloom 2011 this year is HobbyFlorist.ie, Ireland's only "one-stop-shop" for all your floral sundries which was exclusively launched today at the event in Phoenix Park. HobbyFlorist.ie is a website that supplies everything needed for budding florists from foam, vases, floral scissors to wedding products with starter kits from only twenty Euros. Throughout the weekend at Bloom 2011 HobbyFlorist.ie and TheFlowerSchool.ie will host floristry workshops throughout the day and a floral challenge competition where visitors can hone their florist skills or discover a new talent.
HobbyFlorist.ie and TheFlowerSchool.ie are both sister companies of the renowned florist company Flowers Made Easy The floristry team from TheFlowerSchool.ie and HobbyFlorist.ie will be on hand throughout the weekend to offer advice and tips for anyone who is looking at stepping into the world of floristry as a hobby or professionally. The HobbyFlorist.ie starter pack will be on sale at Bloom and will have everything you need to get started in floristry including floral scissors, pins, raffia, foam, pots and strippers. In addition to floral sundries, HobbyFlorist.ie will be selling flowers such as Delphiniums, Hydrangeas, Scented Stock, Roses and Lilies. Throughout Bloom 2011 TheFlowerSchool.ie expert florists will demonstrate an array of floral arrangements, such as floral wreaths, candelabras, modern table centre arrangements, baskets and arrangements for every occasion. Visitors to the stand will also be encouraged to get involved and enter TheFlowerSchool.ie "Bloom Challenge" and create their own arrangements to be in with a chance to win the overall prize of a wedding floristry workshop course. Photos of the arrangements created by visitors to the stand and the winning arrangement will be featured on TheFlowerSchool.ie facebook page. TheFlowerSchool.ie run flexible training courses which cater for all skill levels from beginner to the highly experienced. The School was set-up to share the latest techniques of modern and traditional floristry through its floristry courses. TheFlowerSchool.ie aims to push your creative boundaries and teach you the practical elements needed to progress.Bloom in the park is the perfect platform for Flowers Made Easy to launch their new and exciting venture HobbyFlorist.ie and for customers to meet the floristry team behind TheFlowerSchool.ie and gain useful floristry tips and techniques. On the back of the exciting news that The World Association of Flower Arrangers (WAFA) has announced the 11th World Flower Show will take place in the Royal Dublin Society in Ballsbridge, Dublin on Wednesday 18th June to Sunday 22nd June 2014.
